Dustin was referred to me by a Realtor® I had in the Dallas area. My sister and I had 2 weeks (coming to the Austin area from out of town) to clear the house and get the house on the market. Dustin was available to get all the paperwork and contract and start getting the contractors immediately. He communicated very well by phone and text to answer our many questions. The biggest help was organizing the staging and contractors to do some work to the house after we had to go back home. Our trip, getting the house under contract, plus the work surprisingly only took about 4 weeks. So, Dustin was an easy person to work with and I do recommend him.
