LendFriend Home Loans was founded by brothers Eric and Mike Bernstein with one goal in mind – helping people all over the country obtain stability and security with home ownership by making the loan process more accessible. The Bernstein brothers understand not only the financial, but emotional value of a home, more than most. In 2000, when Eric and Mike were children, the Bernstein family found themselves briefly homeless, as their family faced financial troubles during the Dot-Com recession. This period of significant uncertainty and fear certainly changed young Eric and Mike and shaped them into the men they are today.
LendFriend is a lender with a local touch that gives us the drive to build communities up. Based in Austin, Texas, LendFriend was founded to ensure that all borrowers receive the utmost care and attention. Buying a home is often the biggest financial decision a person can make in their life, and every borrower deserves a lender who truly cares. LendFriend takes great strides to make sure our borrowers are fully informed throughout the entire process. We understand that a white glove service shouldn’t come at a high price, so we offer our clients great rates and low fees.
