Meet Javier

I am a bilingual Texan with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of Texas at El Paso. My background includes volunteering as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children (CASA) in CPS cases, followed by a move to Austin to work full-time as a CPS Investigator, focusing on abuse/neglect cases. This experience helped me learn the importance of rapid response and advocacy for my clients.

Owning a home wasn’t part of my plan—My goal was to experience the world living like a local. After a family trip to Mexico, I pushed my boundaries and backpacked across Europe. My plan was to backback in one country at a time and get to experience the cities like a local.

Then the lockdown happened in 2020, and my 747-square-foot apartment felt too cramped for working from home. While studying to become a Financial Advisor, I realized that I needed to diversify beyond stocks and bonds. Real estate was new to me, but I dove in, learning everything I could before making my first investment during one of the wildest real estate markets. What I discovered saved me thousands, and now, I’m excited to advocate for you in any market just as I would do with my family.

While I have put my travel dreams on pause to build my business, I haven't been this happy doing something. Let's get started and put me to work!
