About Valerie Cullipher

Valerie Cullipher is the co-owner of Property Management Services of Austin. Valerie's background in Real Estate began at the age of 16 working as a receptionist at a Real Estate Brokerage in Grapevine, TX. After graduating college, she took a job as an Assistant Property Manager for a firm in Austin and she has been managing properties in the Capital City ever since. She has managed short term, long term, residential and commercial properties. She has vast knowledge of building, remodeling, investment owned properties, property accounting, and maintenance. She currently handles owner relations for Property Management Services and oversees all maintenance staff and property managers.
