Meet Caroline
Caroline Waterwall is an Austin-based Realtor® known for her thoughtful guidance, attention to detail, and calm, steady approach to navigating real estate decisions. Her path into the industry began behind the scenes at a boutique brokerage, where she worked as a Contract-to-Close and Executive Assistant. That experience gave her a deep understanding of the many moving parts behind a successful transaction. She later expanded her expertise through property management before earning her real estate license. Today, Caroline works with buyers, sellers, and renters throughout the greater Austin area, including neighborhoods such as Northwest Hills, Lakeway, and West Lake Hills. Caroline’s approach is rooted in empathy and trust, ensuring her clients feel confident and cared for throughout their real estate.
Originally from Sugar Land, Texas, Caroline spent several years in Minot, North Dakota where she dedicated her efforts to her community and opened her home to foster children. That experience continues to shape her commitment to helping others. Today she supports Austin’s youth as a Guardian ad Litem with CASA of Travis County, advocating for children in the foster care system.
Since moving to Austin in 2016 to be closer to family, Caroline has embraced the city’s vibrant culture and active lifestyle. Outside of real estate, she enjoys staying active at the gym or walking the Ann and Roy Butler Trail around Lady Bird Lake. Her greatest joy is life is being a wife to her amazing husband and being mother to their son and her two bonus children.
